The muesli will seem quite “soft” when it comes out of the oven, but don’t worry, it will become much crispier as it cools!
Vegan option: replace butter with coconut oil
Dairy free option: replace butter with coconut oil
Nut free option: remove nuts, and replace with extra 1/2 cup seeds, 1 cup oats and 1/2 cup oat flakes.
Low FODMAP option: remove dried fruit and replace with additional 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup oats. Ensure you choose low FODMAP nuts such as macadamias, pecans and walnuts. Replace honey with additional maple syrup or use golden syrup instead.
